The Thundervolts 2nd Annual Pig Fly was another success. Thanks go out to the hardworking folks that pulled this event off. The skies were sunny, the temperature was comfortable and except for a little bit of wind, it was practically perfect. We had a very good turn out and everyone enjoyed the festivities, especially the pig which topped off a perfect a day. Check the photo album section for some snapshots and if you have any pictures of your own, send them along and we'll post them. |

About the Thundervolts R/C Club |

The Thundervolts is one of the oldest R/C Clubs in the Capital District of NY.
Our Flying Field is located in Clifton Park, N.Y. where our club gathers to fly nitro and electric powered aircraft and helicopters.
Club meetings are held at the Halfmoon Town Hall Located in Clifton Park/Halfmoon NY
The General Public is encouraged to attend a meeting and see how much fun R/C Aircraft can be!
The Thundervolts R/C Club is dedicated to the sport of Radio Control Airplanes. We have almost 50 members with many years of experience in R/C. We encourage anyone interested in the hobby to contact one of the club officials and get information about becomming a member of our club. We sponsor activities such as Fun Flys. open houses, learn to fly and club picnics year round.
We will try to update this site with the latest club information when it becomes available. So please check back often.
